Step 1: Username Reminder

Ensure info@sia.sk.ca is on your safe senders list, or the username reminder email might be sent to your spam folder by mistake.

As of September 1st, 2023 your registration number is no longer your username. Enter your Registration Number below and we will send your username to the email we have on file.

Your registration number can be found on your License to Practice. If you do not have a Registration Number please contact the office for help accessing your account.

If you do not receive a username reminder email within 15 minutes please contact our office at (306) 242-2606 with your registration number.

Step 2: Password Reset

Ensure info@sia.sk.ca is on your safe senders list, or the password reset email might be sent to your spam folder by mistake.

To receive a temporary password, please fill in your username below.

Your primary email is your username. For security reasons the system does not visually confirm the validity of your email address. If you do not remember your registered email address please use the Username Reminder self-serve form.
Registered Email

If you do not receive a password reset email within 15 minutes please first verify that you are entering the registered email address for your account. If you are certain your email is correct and you are still having troubles, please contact our office at (306) 242-2606 with your registration number.

Step 3: Log In With New Credentials

Once you have received your username and temporary password, please log in to your account and change your password.

For security reasons, your temporary password will expire after 24 hours.
